My responsibilities have included personal and team coaching, transformation projects for optimized value creation, strategic product development, and integrated digitalization. <\/p>\n<p>Since 1991, I have worked in international environments, which has enabled me to understand cultural differences and resolve conflicts. The resulting diverse collaboration consistently leads to increased productivity and quality of life. <\/p>\n<p>My roots are in IT and classical project management.<\/p>\n<p>In 2005, I moved from my home country, the Netherlands, to Germany.
