The integrated workshop program is designed for both emerging and experienced leaders and includes 3 series of 6 consecutive seminars (on-site) and supervision sessions (online).<\/p>\n<p>Features of the program for leadership development:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A group of (emerging) leaders of approximately 6 to 12 people experiences the workshops together<\/li>\n<li>Each of the 6 modules has a topic that is immediately practiced:\n<ul>\n<li>The on-site module seminar lasts 2.5 hours (followed by 30 minutes for a meet-after)<\/li>\n<li>In the seminar, a topic is addressed with theory and exercises in a safe space<\/li>\n<li>In the two weeks leading up to the supervision session, participants have the opportunity to try out the exercises within their own teams<\/li>\n<li>In the online supervision session (1.5 hours), experiences are shared in the group and guidance is provided<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The modules build on each other thematically, as do the series:\n<ul>\n<li>The first series, \"Leadership and Cooperation,\" provides theory and tools that align with the professional attitude that defines effective and person-centered leadership.<\/li>\n<li>The second series, \"Self-Management and Pull,\" deepens the knowledge and especially the practical experience.<\/li>\n<li>The third series, \"Dojo,\" focuses on cases from the participants, such as dealing with 'difficult' employees or challenges with supervisors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Parallel to the seminar series, coaching sessions are optionally offered, providing additional support for the development of individual leaders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience with the program has shown the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participants feel more confident in their leadership competence<\/li>\n<li>The often new approach opens up new possibilities for leadership and collaboration<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration across departments and divisions improves<\/li>\n<li>Participants grow together as a team; often a self-organized, regular exchange is established afterward<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/michielkoster.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Flyer-Konzept-Workshopreihen-Fuehrungsteam-I-II-und-III.pdf\">A summary of the program is available here<\/a> for download.
