Biography
Since 2008, I have worked in various roles to support teams, managers, and companies in their development. My responsibilities have included personal and team coaching, transformation projects for optimized value creation, strategic product development, and integrated digitalization.
Since 1991, I have worked in international environments, which has enabled me to understand cultural differences and resolve conflicts. The resulting diverse collaboration consistently leads to increased productivity and quality of life.
My roots are in IT and classical project management.
In 2005, I moved from my home country, the Netherlands, to Germany. I can therefore offer my services in various languages:
