Team Coaching
Team coaching supports the development of the team—any group of people with a common goal.
Situations suitable for team coaching may include:
- You want to build mutual trust
- You want to clarify cultural differences and leverage them
- You want to resolve (underlying) conflicts
- You want to collaborate more effectively
- You want to clarify team roles
- You want to prepare for upcoming changes
Mentoring
Mentoring is a combination of coaching and consulting, where the individual or team is supported with methodological knowledge and exercises in implementing current topics.
Situations suitable for mentoring may include:
- You want to transition into a new leadership position
- You want to manage a complex project
- You want to implement a major restructuring in the company
